Show the spectator a leaflet from your favorite band and allow them to look at it as much as they want.
Pass them a guitar pick and invite them to place it on the leaflet on one of the circles in the artwork.
 
You then draw their attention to the leaflet which now shows that you knew where the pick would be placed from the start.
